During the weekend of September 15-18, 2011, the Lambda Car Club, Straight Eights Region had a spectacular car show in Rehoboth Beach.
There were about sixty automobiles of all ages and description—from a 1924 Franklin
with a special passenger
A very special car was the fantastic 1957 Continental Mark II ! I had an almost identical one in the 90s.
Many other nice old cars were there,
including a very special 1949 Hudson Commodore, which won a prize in its age category.
Even the seagulls enjoyed the show.
A 1955 and a 1953 Cadillac.
That evening we had the Awards Banquet. There were over 100 people.
